Hmm, then what is accounting for the 20% difference in max speeds (in each gear comparison between the two)? i.e. 42 vs 50, 66 vs 79, etc...

I noticed that the passenger LWB seat in both the GT3RS and the GT4 had a hole in it for a anti-sub belt (ie same as driver seat). At least in the USA, the GT3 passenger LWB seats do not have a hole. So, I hope this means that Porsche will supply the RS and the 4 with the passenger seat holes. Anyone know more about this?

Folks, remember, the 'Ring has been a bucket of snow the past few months...
The 991 GT3 RS is not 7:20 at the 'Ring. It's expected, by Porsche (and AP), to be 7:20, and we all know Porsche to always under-promise on numbers (hp, 0-60 times, lap times). Wait for the snow to melt, and we'll hopefully eventually get a 'Ring video.
Same goes for the 7:40 for the 981 Cayman GT4.
Patience.

It is now corrected in the original(I think)
let me know if it still doesn't make sense to you
Those #s were correct in the acceleration model, the trans info was something I just threw together quickly
as to the difference in speeds in gears
2 things the RS has a taller tire, dynamic loaded rolling radius is 27.8" vs 26.2" for the GT3
RS revs to 8800 GT3 to 9000

Porsche has already posted figures for acceleration on both cars to 60, 62 and 124mph. The RS is quicker than the GT3 to every mph, as it should be and as it will be. I don't need to preach at any alter. I'll just enjoy the real world in my 15 GT3 and add the RS when it arrives later this year. They tested the RS at 10.9sec to 124mph, the GT3 was 11.4sec to 124mph (other tests have shown the GT3 is quicker than Porsche states as will be the case with the RS). That's a significant difference and already disproves your math and science saying the GT3 would be quicker in gears 1-4 and maybe all gears.
No car will make identical runs every time, the best that can be done to understand it's performance envelope is too average multiple iterations of testing w/ multiple drivers, in varying conditions, on varying tracks. One can then discard obvious anomoulous instances.
Marketing people however are free to cherry pick the data that they wish to publish
Again you are free to believe the marketing department

Nate I just reviewed the press statement. They said "under 7.30" at launch of GT3. However RS will beat 7.20 no worries.

Every single one will be sold, and sold quickly. Porsche is gunning for more non traditional customers. The 991 GT3 has a bunch of "never before driven a GT3" customer, now the RS will probably be in the same league.
