Yes, the contract appears to be written by Safe-Guard Warranty, but I don't think that is any different than any other extended warranty offered by Porsche for any car, at least in the US.

Many folks say that the PDK is 'rock solid,' but they they do seem to be going out. Wonder if has anything to do with the G6 replacement.
