I have EasyCare-TotalCare on my 991.1 GT3.
While I have not had to use it yet, I did use it on previous M cars and they always paid.

Porsche VSC warranty
Porsche dealer offered me a Porsche VSC 36month 36k mile for $5810. Not sure if this is a good deal for my 2016 .1GT3. Im not familiar with this warranty. Any idea if this is a good deal for good warranty?

I purchased an extended warranty (Porsche Platinum, $250 deductible, 5 additional years (108mo., 60k total) for my 991.2 GT3 which was coming out of warranty. Paid $3,850 which after shopping around was a great price. Additionally, I purchased it from an out of state dealer where extended warranties are not subject to sales tax.
pricing varies by the thousands between dealer, definitely on the high end.

Porsche does not offer extended warranty on these cars, they have rebranded a 3rd party warranty, you will see the actual underwriter listed somewhere in the fine print at the bottom of whatever brochure they have given you.

Where is the pricing sheet from?
Could you let me know where these prices are from? I would pick up an extra year at the same price. I only care to have the engine and transmission covered. The rest is icing on the cake.

Five months prior to CPO expiration I reached out to the selling Porsche dealer finance manager and asked if we could apply for an exception to warranty underwriting.
A few days later he asks for my current ODO reading then sends me the photo of the plan to select. I took the high road and opted for the max avail.
This is not a complete CPO warranty with bumper-to-bumper type coverage, but does cover big ticket items other than the exhaust like a $20+K PDK: Read the contract T&Cs.
If you're driving this car as a true driver's car having this available provides sound piece-of-mind at least to me.
This reminds me to ask what if anything happens now that my chassis and motor mileage vary greatly since the new G6.
