FWIW - I've been trying to buy @smiles11 991.2 GT3T just about since he bought it and i think he's the 7th or 8th "owner." Sometimes these cars move through owners with little to no use. Not sure it's the best metric. Get a PPI and that should make clear if it's what you want or not.

I am the 5th owner. The first owner had moved out of state & then back to CA. Essentially registering the car 3x.

That’s why I always do my homework before buying. Never trust a carfax. I was able to speak with the original owner who ordered the car & the owner that sold it to me to get some essential details on the car.

Enjoying both of my Tourings but will keep you posted if I decide to sell.

Wow, that's a top 1% god tier 991.2 GT3 spec. Very few specs are better than that, wonder what the ask will be.

I know of a British Racing Green 991.2 GT3 manual in a similar spec(PCCB's/buckets/etc) that just traded for 217k which I thought was at the top end already.

Curious, How did the car look in person? In the photos it looks a bit rough around the edges, looks like it was used hard and put away wet, assuming that’s why it’s still available. However it could just be the lighting in photos, black doesn’t show up well under the bright lights the dealers use

They are also asking over 40k more than MSRP with over 25k miles. That may have something to do with it not being sold.

Weird, I thought it was the same car as Porsche Norwell, which is basically right across the street, and same dealer ownership group. But that car is still there as well. 2 black Tourings with same base spec for sale within 500 feet of each other.
