I don't think you can attribute this completely to a Miami Blue premium. This is a garage queen(3k miles) and extremely unique spec with uncommon interior options which makes it a collectable car for someone. If a similar MIami Blue car came up for sale like the guards red one that had proper miles and a mediocre rest of the spec it's not going for high 200's.
Still have to believe the blue is a big chunk of that...though I may be biased

I agree. This beautifully spec’d one has been for sale for over a month at 280k….The few outliers that drive the auctions over 300k have desirable specs with less chosen options and lower mileage.

Yeah and once you cross the 10k+ mile mark on these GT cars you lose those collectors where 20-30k doesn't matter to them if it means they get the exact spec they want because they truly want low miles + a unicorn spec to park/drive few times a year to cars & coffee.
If you look on BaT, there's a very large price difference between 3RS's with 10k+ miles and those with sub 4k miles because you lost the collector guys wanting to bid on them.

I was bidding on that BAT Miami Blue car. That is the exact spec I want. 280k was my limit. I’m not a collector so low mileage isn’t important to me. That being said since I know I’m going to put mileage on, I’m not going to pay a huge premium for a low mileage one.
When the red one sold yesterday for 60k less than I was prepared to spend on the Miami one (and the Miami Blue one I just posted above) I was wondering if maybe it was a bit of luck that I didn’t win the auction last week. Not sure where prices are going in this market. All I know is what I’m willing to spend for something that I want, though 300k is not in the realm of reality for me on this car.
Has anyone been keeping up with the prices of the 991.1 GT3s? I'm thinking of purchasing one (still the F series motor) and was offered 130k, but will be buying an extended warranty so it's coming out to be around 138k incase the motor goes after manu warranty ends in Dec 2024...

I’m going to add to this to the Miami Blue data set, although a couple months old. I lucked out on a pretty full spec 3RS with WP from a dealer in early Oct in Canada (where I live). Got it for 300k CDN or 220k US. Only thing it doesn’t have is mag wheels and aluminum pedals. 7000 miles and new CPO. I didn’t even want MB originally, but I wanted the full spec and I knew the car. I now love MB and wouldn’t want another colour…suits the RS so well.

Keep in mind that car is really not a garage queen
It used to belong to Rennology on IG who did hard track use with the car. Currently owned by an IG influencer who tuned it. Plus he bought it for $250K
