Weird, I thought it was the same car as Porsche Norwell, which is basically right across the street, and same dealer ownership group. But that car is still there as well. 2 black Tourings with same base spec for sale within 500 feet of each other.

How common is oil consumption on these cars?
Also, looking at a GT3 RS with bucket seats. Car has 8k miles, and seller sent me attached defect on the seat from getting in and out. Would you except this wear at 8k? Generally seat wear being abornmal vs. miles, is an oddity. Not saying that in this case.

It looks like this car sold, it’s no longer on their website or AT

Indy - from the pics only looks like a nice example. Agree the driver’s side seat may be a little more worn than most you’ll find with that mileage. I find CARFAX reports can sometime be interesting to decipher. For example it indicates two owners but the amount of time under ownership doesn’t seem to align with the life of the car. There are duplicate titles multiple times, maybe normal don’t know. As before, any car should be thoroughly inspected and when buying in S. Florida be sure to look for any moisture signs. Agree that it being sold as CPO in 2019 is a good sign. I would inquire to see what service records they have. Also, there are plenty of members on here from S. FL. Maybe someone can look the car over and provide the RL CARFAX for you. (BTW, the carbon floor mats are notorious for scuffing easily.)
The title situation is a bit odd, and the early service seems limited. The fact that it was certified CPO at half it's life is a good sign to me. Like anything, it has some risks, though this spec is exactly what I want at the right price. Right under my budget.
Also, attached is an upclose pic of the PCCB. Thoughts on the wear pattern?
Thanks again!

Putting a soft feeler out here - going to probably sell my PTS 991.1 GT3 at some point in next few months. Just don't have time to use it to its full potential (which is truly very sad). I've driven it less than 1K miles since I got it from the previous PCA/RL owner, which is a shame because the car is fantastic! Beautifully done mods + all stock parts still there. I might put it on BAT at some point, but I barely have time for that even. A local buyer (NY, NJ, CT) would be much easier and would much prefer a known RL or PCA member.
Feel free to DM me. The original RL sale post is here.

Thanks for the feedaback. The dealer and I have been in communication, and just about agreed on a price. I plan to fly down sometime soon, see the car, and hopefully buy it. I will be present for the inspection. Any specific area I should check for moisture. Which underbody panels should I have them pull? I grew up as a car guy, and rebuilt cars, but any specifc areas I need to look at on the RS?

Does anyone know of a 2019 GT3 RS for sale by private party (or soon to come up for sale) in the Southern California area (San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego)?
(Unfortunately cannot own another black car, nor red …and Lizzard green is out)
CFB Seats and under 7500-miles are really the only other requirements.
I just missed one that sold private party and was then listed by a dealer for +$20K.
Thank you!
