Seem like it has been in the market for a few months. You can negotiate a good price on it. Here's a youtube video on it with more info

Touring Chalk 5k miles for $207k with buckets and FAL but no PCCB. Not a bad price for a touring.

Not according to VinAnalytics--it appears the porsche finder site may actually be correct for once while the dealer is not. Go figure

I think the problem is the dealer probably entered wrong VIN. At that price, I'm as sure they'll either have it fixed or car sold by 9:02 Monday morning.

CPO and 171k MRSP. Haven't seen a touring listed this low in recent memory. Not bad, not bad at all!

if the lower spec bothers you already, my advice is not to do it. My first RS was not the right spec for me and it started to really bug me so ending up changing it for the right spec 10 months later……

Good move. I bought a GT3 that was a good deal, but not the color I wanted or my ideal spec. Sold and bought the car I wanted. It’s wild how much more I like driving the one in the spec I wanted. 👍

Hey guys, could I get your input on this car? I have been looking for a .2 in chalk, white, or silver. The number one thing spec wise is I want sofas. Not many sofa cars come up. I literally look everyday. The only thing this car doesn’t have is PCCB’s and is my third color choice. Pricing seem market but I don’t know if sofas hurts resale or not? What would you offer them?

I am building a garage right now so I will have to keep it at my local performance shop which blows. But for the right car I am onboard with it.

That is pretty low actually.. That is about 15-20K off the lowest I have seen listed, and right around the average MSRP of a GT3T (IIRC 174K is about average) so not a low end spec. FAL and Buckets are good (no PCCB) but the 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Wonder if there is any stories/repair on this one, or if they are pricing to move quickly.

yes the sofas hurt resale…..and lack of pccb’s also. The sofas don’t give good seat of the pants track feel, which would question steels which are supposedly for track. The car contradicts itself. Honestly I’ve rarely seen a WP car with sofas. You can always swap out LWB’s and keep them for next buyer. As it sits the price is quite high.

Pricing does not seem market to me, it seems high.

WP with sofas don't come up everyday. You should make a run at it since that's what you want. GT silver is a fantastic color to own.

Most RS buyers will want the buckets, but I think this is generally overblown. My indy has used OE buckets around all of the time. Next owner could swap a set in and sell the sofas easy enough.

I'd offer upper $25x.
