Depends upon highest priority, driving experience or appearance. Find the Touring awesome, but hard to justify .2 RS pricing on experiential grounds. 30k of value in seeing the Touring profile in your garage every morning, novelty and exclusivity factors (although diminishing since they keep making more), can understand if that's what the heart wants.
$80k over MSRP hardly seems like a collapse to me.
BaT prices have always been a little over inflated. Look at the amount of GT cars for sale on Autotrader, Cargurus, DuPont Registry, Porsche CPO etc. There are more cars for sale now than back in 2018 when I was looking to buy my 991.1. I wouldn't call it a collapse but a market correction is inevitable.
