2018 GT3, 6MT, Chalk, all stock, with 6,470 miles. Purchased the car from dealer with 200 miles on it, owned it ever since. The car is loaded with options except FAL. It is certainly a garage queen and always garaged. Tracked once at a novice event, mostly spirited driving

PPF on front bumper, hood, doors. Ceramic Coated whole car, including wheels.

Such a proper spec.

I think that's the market for a PTS examples now, we're no longer at the top where that was the market for normal color cars.

Wonder what a dealer would offer, if I had to guess 170-180?

There was one just like his to the T for sale at a Porsche dealer here for 230k, but dropped to 209K, think it sold for about 200-205k, so it's not that far from his.

IMO market is what one person is willing to pay to have it, especially if there isn't an identical spec for sale.. not saying prices haven't dipped but it's a weird market where you see some stuff sitting and some stuff selling before it even lists

One thing I'm genuinely curious about is seeing dips on 992 GT3 and if/how that impacts 991. Not saying it's like 993 vs 996 but I rate and value the 991 much higher older car not withstanding

Don't think so...not having FAL is a 10k hit on resale on its own (whether or not it is needed is a different argument). A low mile, non-FAL 6 speed just transacted on BAT for 185k + buyer's premium. It didn't have PCCBs though and maybe missing a couple options so adjust accordingly. If I got 200k as an offer, I'd be delighted and would sell it on the spot.

I sold my 991.2 3rs a year ago, 0% shot I would have gotten 10k more if it had FAL, I didnt have PCCB either, NO chance I would have gotten 20k more with both of those. TBH, MAYBE 5k-8k more for both. MAYBE

Honestly, ask 5-10 dealers what they will give you and take the highest offer and fast. Time is NOT on your side right now as prices seem to be in free fall. in 2-3 more months, you will wish you sold it for what highest person offered to you today. it's simple math and supply and demand pendulum is turning quick.
I am picking up GT car later this week new and I fully expect values to PLUMMET first 6 months I have it lol but I also dont care

The one on BAT sold for $185 +fee MSRP is 155k. So that's still about 35k more than MSRP. It doesn't have FAL also.

the one at westwood porsche had nearly identical spec to this except higher miles. it had lwb, pccb, fal, CPO with $186k msrp and sold for somewhere around $185k... after 3 months of being for sale

2019 Lizard Green GT3 RS available, 9k miles and very clean condition.

This is a low spec car with 203k MSRP so not allot of options but ST Rotors are included. $222k for quick sale this week. No accidents and maintained perfectly.

That was me.

I've been on rennlist for years, first with my '99 996 NA (sold on BaT 2 years ago) and then my '01 996 TT (bought on BaT 2 years ago, see avatar). Looking forward to the GT3. On the fence about letting the 996 TT go. Yes the GT3 is a pretty lean spec. 6-speed was a must for me, and FAL a don't care. I tend to keep my cars for decades, love wrenching, and rarely mod them. Never been on the track. '99 996 NA was 20 years owned. Think I'll be a GT3 driver for a while.

Thick skin here on your opinion regarding what I paid for what I got. Only recent opinion posted here that I disagree with is the "sky is falling" prediction, at least w.r.t. GT2/GT3 prices.

Couple other transactions (incl. failed ones)
Higher mile no FAL car doesn't meet reserve
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2018-porsche-gt3-108/

PTS PDK car with nice options and low miles sold for well below MSRP @ 170k
https://www.pcarmarket.com/auction/2...he-911-gt3-40/

Pretty clear where market is trending
