Yes, we talked and he is local to me. It’s a bit more than what I want to spend and I'm not super keen on the painted interior or the black door handles which is holding me back.

I saw that one and no offense to the silver color but I don't see that color pulling $280k. Now if it was Miami Blue or something more unique, probably so. Will see how all this shakes out once the new 3RS hits.
That silver car was very nice! Once people realize the new 992 is going to cost $100-150k more, these will stay where they deserve.
That hasn't stopped 991.2 prices from coming down from their peak despite you needing 80-100k more to get into an equivalent 992 (used, with ADM). A GT3 will always hold its value better than 99% of production cars but doesn't in my mind mean that they'll stay where they are now if the rest of the broad car market is gradually pulling back.

BTW, what was the peak for low mileage 991.2 GT3s with 6MT and nice spec (full leather, LWB etc.) ? And what was the bottom for those ? Obviously, at least very approximately

There were a couple that transacted north of 220k in the last year for winged cars, so call that around 40k above MSRP and in 2019, I saw quite a few listed in the 170k range so call that 15k below MSRP. I don't know if we're getting back below MSRP but we're still closer to the top in terms of pricing as of now!
