Yes, they most definitely do not try and ever have two of the same sub model live at anytime. Kind of fuels the speculation cars lol

and wow, miami blue 991.2 gt3 for 205 with 12k miles YIKKKKKKES.

I sold my miami blue 991.2 gt3rs to Porsche Riverside last year for 221k with 7,300 miles and my window sticker was a real low 197k! I honestly felt bad for the next guy that was going to pay more for the car used then I paid new....made no sense to me lol

And Dinkman, I was offered the red 2018 gt3 buckets PCCB manual at south bay porsche with a 174k sticker for 30k off in summer 2019, but I already had my 3rs soooooo tried to get a few of mine friends to buy it....they didn't listen lol. Sounds like would have been perfect for you. Point is, I think if you are patient you will get something amazing in due time. Just 6-9 months before that it was like 25k OVER in the area for the same thing. I remember they had a touring come in a few week before my 3rs did and they offered me that for 5k over which means MSRP really if I asked, must have been Nov 2018.

if I was you or your friend I would tell you, just wait 6 months and spec a gt3 with only a few options to like 180k sticker, im sure you'll find 25k over easy by then. Then u get the newer GT3 manual cool color with EXACTLY the 10k in options u want! EDIT: and thats 205k, SAME PRICE AS USED GT3!!!

HODL the patience!!! I believe in u

I would definitely add full leather/alcantara - much better look plus good for resale. Also would do a brighter color (shark blue? ) but that is much more subjective

I would be very happy to see only $25k ADM for 992 GT3, since right now the minimum I see for 991.2 GT3 MT in a spec I like (LWB, full leather, PCCB, non-silver) is $20k on top of MSRP

right but there in lies the problem... obviously no one in their right mind would buy a 4 year used 991.2 for same over on msrp as a 992 but does anyone really think a 992 can be had for only $25k over this year? next year?

I am doubtful the market will correct that quickly...........i have had 2 new cars on order for several months now and the delivery dates keep getting pushed farther away........supply chains dont seem to be catching up yet...........talk to those who have been waiting 2+ years for cars like a Z06.........

This is what gives me pause listing it here on Rennlist. I am considering BaT or maybe selling to a dealer as a second option

I'm looking for a '16 RS in silver, grey, black, or white with no accidents and at a minimum...

* 602 - LED Headlights incl. Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
* 474 - Front Axle Lift
* 450 - Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB)
* 643 - Sport Chrono Package (Porsche Track Precision App and Preparation for Lap Trigger)
* 082 - Extended Range Fuel Tank, 23.9 gal
* 630 - Light Design Package
* P23 - Porsche Communication Management (PCM) incl. Navigation Module
* 490 - Sound Package Plus
* 690 - SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, NavTraffic, NavWeather and HD Radio Receiver
* No funky stitching color - just standard black/grey/silver/white - or seat belts or gauges.

Ideally the vehicle would have less than 10000 miles.

To @welikethetrack, @Guaji, and anybody having dealt with flakes or simply even concerned, that's not me - I am serious.

it took Porsche almost a full year to get me my second key for the panamera and still haven't updated my steering column to electric due to chip shortages...it's gonna be long waits still

In regards to my 19 RS WP, i have not had any poor experiences with private parties. I have had 1 sour experience with an exotic dealer. I prefer keeping dealers out of my transactions.

That is an EPIC build!!! I wouldn't change anything! Also speccing your own build is SO AMAZING. Amazing experience you will not forget and worth at least 25k alone to me on a car that expensive, in fact I turned down a silver 2019 gt3rs at sticker from monmouth for my custom ordered one I paid 25k over for here in so cal bc it was my own build that was special to me.

And yes I very very much believe 25k over by spring will be not hard. December is a very very good time to order cars as everyone is out spending money on christmas time/NYE stuff so busy and low on funds. I would strike then. I think you get an allocation for 25k over with not much issue at all.

There are 118 2022 gt3's for sale right now on autotrader and they just sit and don't really sell it seems. That Ferrari dealer with one for 265k with 371 miles can't sell and has been sitting awhile. The market is falling pretty quick for the 992 it appears as just 1-2 months ago cheapest one listed was around 290k. 25k drop to the bottom in 1-2 months is significant especially given the fairly gluttonous supply. I never saw over 100 991.2 GT3's for sale in 2018/19 fwiw

Yea, still high, but I think will see it settle at 50k or so ADM. I don't think will see MSRP or below on these until 992.2

I would think there’s still going to be quite a bit of demand to work through before these cars drop much below the $250k mark, especially with scarce allocations from here on out. The 911.2 cars haven’t moved down measurably either so far, although they aren’t exactly flying off the lot either.
