GT3's and RS's are dropping like predicted, a nice .2 RS WP car just sold 230k with low miles less than MSRP and another .1 RS with super low miles and high options 185k.
Dealers are sitting on inventory or cars going via auction as auction seems to be the new retail pricing when moving inventory.
Everything in the market points to the contrary. Weather is slowly going to get better and prices of the cars are going to go up. If and when there is actual retail inventory available, like the pre-pandmeic times, two years ago, then the prices will start going down. As of now, I dont believe you unless you have any paperwork to prove this? lol
It's an interesting market to watch, a dealer in Seattle WA bought a 991.2 Miami Blue Non WP RS for 230k at auction then priced it at 270k. I messaged them to chat about it then saw it had no WP, no PCCB's, etc. He was confident he'd get his price, ended up dropping it to 245k and then looks like it sold(although could be to another dealer that will now sit on it at a high price again).
Dealer to private buyers, my buddy bought the .1 RS and the other was a dealer i know who sold the .2
What was the asking price on the RS? Curious to see what the delta is between asking and selling. I have definitely noticed a lot of cars I've been looking at that have been on the market for a long time.

The black olive winged .2 that sold on pcar for $249k was recently listed at a dealer in Kansas. No price advertised, but they told me $299k when I called. "It's a custom color" they told me.
That's a nice spec imo and it deserves to be with a good owner. I hope that dealer bleeds for a while holding onto this one.

That dealer has been buying and flipping Porsche’s and other cars like crazy for months. A lot of them came off Pcarmarket and BAT. GP Motors is struggling to get this to move for $260k. I would expect for $299k it would at least be a Touring.

Asking price was 250k a few months back.
I spoke to a good buddy who sells allot of high exotic cars and he only goes by Auction prices as his retail pricing as doesn't like to sell to Joe Public. Auction MMR is actual value of cars, not what dealers list them at.
I will ask for an updated auction dump of data across all the GT3 variants as I am curious.
the miami blue RS is stunning. I dont see the market dropping like others said, sit a long time doesnt mean the value is dropping (in fact high spec cars continue to go higher and get bought up over the past 4 months), where else are you going to get the cars unless u wait 2 years lol. I like to be proven wrong and then i can grab that RS for cheap, dont think that's gonna happen lol
