Interesting, alot more in the 180's and some decent spec(buckets + PCCB's). Mortgage rates are now up to 4.1%, I wonder if dealers starting to feel the pinch with rates increasing.

Not yet unfortunately. Pricing will be higher than EVO RWD, but that's a given.

Yeah if it comes in at less than the Performance, say $260k, I would definitely be interested. I guess I should call by local Lambo dealer but I feel like I'm probably already too late, and that they'll probably want mark ups.

Dealers are taking advantage of similar structures for themselves.
Not quite ... floor plan rates are not 1% or even close to that, and most if not all require the car to be paid in full within 6 months or less (many dealers have shorter periods). Some plans do allow interest payment deferrals for the first 30-90 days, then you have to start amortizing the cost of the car in increasing principal and interest installments until the full cost of the car, plus interest is paid in full (inside of 6 months or less). The interest only portion only goes so far, so you better believe specialty/high end dealerships that hold high dollar inventory have substantial obligations if they use this type of financing. No one wants to sit on these cars too long, and certainly not 4+ months. Franchise dealers can have more favorable terms, but most of these smaller specialty dealers that are not affiliated with a manufacturer do not.

This sums up the used car market quite nicely. Albeit, Porsche GT cars are somewhat in a market of their own, it still effects overall value and sale price as Manheim prices continue to fall

If anyone is interested, I know of a panda spec 991.1 RS off market and available. It's my old car. Has a very well known and documented history.

Factory Options:
- LWBS
- Full leather interior; GT silver stitching
- 90L fuel tank
- Sound Package Plus
- Seat belts in black
- Luggage net passenger footwell
- Smoking package
- Floor mats
- PCM including navigation
- Wheels painted in Satin Black
- Headlight cleaning system painted in exterior color

Modifications/additions before me:
-BBi roll bar powder coated white
-Schroth 6 pt harnesses
-AWE anti-buffeting winglets
-Porsche Motorsports caliper stud kit installed for easier brake pad changes
-RE10 brake pads
-Clear side markers
My additions:
-Brembo 2-piece discs (still using RE10 pads)
-Built-in Escort radar detector (front and rear)
-Built-in Anti-Laser Priority laser jammer (front)
-Display (for both) in module just above mirror and warning light that reflects on face of tach (really good idea); controls in old ashtray space (see photos)
-front and rear cameras (play through PCM screen)
-All electronic items installed by MusicarNW here in Portland. You’ll see a lot about them on Rennlist.
-I replaced the paint protection film last year; 10 year warranty STEK film on all panels except rear bumper and decklid (no rocks). Man, was that expensive!
-Tracspec Auto seat recliners (happy to remove and take these with me if buyer prefers more upright stock seat back)

Also included:
-Indoor car cover
-2 new front spoiler lips
-Porsche centerlock breaker bar and torque wrench

Car has had three owners, including me. All RL’ers. Immediate prior owner is PCA National Instructor (ChrisF). Original owner was in BC (SSTHO). No accidents, no paint work, no stories. 25K miles. Originally delivered to British Columbia. Imported to US and OR titled.

$180K

Owner is no BS and the easiest sale transaction I've ever made. Any serious interest, PM me.
