That's a red flag they could easily clear up but aren't.
I agree regarding the DME. Easy enough to get and they should. Just saying the car is otherwise in terrific shape based on looking it over.

This is the same dealership I bought my car from. This car has a lower MSRP with less options and a basic color, much higher miles, but selling price is significantly higher than what I paid for mine in 2019. Seems in line with everyone else today, though. Sign of the times.

Ferrari Seattle just posted a generic hand typed listng of the codes with zeros next to them. This is not how a dealer displays DME readout but could be anyone's code reader.

Not entirely apples to oranges. It's a PDK. BaT is a manual which has been fetching more.

Just saw a 991.2 3RS Lizard Green, WP, PCCB, etc with 57xx miles listed for $289k at Porsche Fremont dealership today. Beautiful car!

That same car wasn't there last week when I brought my car in for an alignment.

It also had a SOLD sign inside of the car

Car belonged to a friend of mine and he had it on consignment there. Getting a 992 Turbo S Cabriolet instead as it is more daily drivable, wanted a convertible, and the buckets seats in the RS were killing his back. I have gone on a couple drives with this car and she’s a beaut.

WP/buckets/lift/steel/ $224MSRP, 6K MILES. No track, no issues, Full front/roof/rockers in ppf. Truly mint. What range should I expect for dealer trade in for possible new 992RS?

^ Regarding the trade offer, if selling today my guess would be they offer MSRP on a strong deal. However, would they be selling you the 992RS at MSRP? The later question really plays a part in the offer on your car.

You might decide to negotiate how close to MSRP you can buy the 992RS first. Then offer the 991.2RS once the purchase price has been decided. If this is the route, traditionally the goal would be to get as close to private party sale when factoring in the tax credit of the trade in.

In any case, your RS looks amazing. Good luck.

I agree 100% with this and I think it applies to all dealer purchases, at least for me. There are 2 different deals: the car you buy and they car you sell. Your car is absolutely stunning btw. Good luck with everything!

I know you are in Dallas area so this may be of some benefit. Park Place Dallas was willing to handle the private party sale of my .2 GT3RS, CPO the car and still give me the elegible tax credit on another vehicle. The cost of doing so was around $5k or so if I recall correctly. I was just going to pass the fee on to the buyer but he didn’t feel a need to have it CPO’d. Obviously PP would be more likely to wheel and deal by getting your trade in since they could make more by selling your car and then selling you a car. Just another option incase they aren’t anywhere close to private party pricing on your trade in.

My local BMW dealership just got this in on trade in. No affiliation and have never seen it out on the road. No affiliation nor any interest. Just passing it along.

well the answer depends on the dealer
the 992 RS will be a hot car
if the dealer is MSRP dealer , your expectations should be lower on the trade in
if the dealer will be charging ADM then you need to agree on how much the ADM and price the trade in accordingly
but trade in will be from MSRP + 15 k to MSRP + 30 k at high end
