IMHO this is an amazing spec. I'm confident this has the attention of many looking for a gently owned well configured .1RS.
5k-mile UV .1 RS up for auction on Pcarmarket. PCCB, FAL, LED’s, and full leather W/deviated yellow stitching. Very tastefully specced.

saw this one on facebook
"I have decided to sell my 2019 GT3 RS. She is in perfect condition with just under 2500 miles on her. I have included photos and original window sticker. She is a Weissach Pack with Magnesium wheels. She has PCCB's and axle lift. I have had her ceramic coated and she has PPF from the A pillars forward. She has a Sharkwerks bypass and I have the original exhaust as well. $325,000 firm. Car is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area."

Went by to see this Mexico Blue .1 this morning. It's so special that they rolled out the red carpet for her..... 11,890 Miles... Nice car, not a fan of the tire stickers. Glad they took all the black wrap off of the hood and roof. Fab Speed Center Section, CF wing ends & deck lid, yellow door pulls, color matched roll bar. The lowered the price to 227K from 250K. Sold on ebay a few months ago for 190K. The DBS next door was amazing....

Certainly encouraging to see that dealerships are now shooting for +$50k on “gently” used 992 3s, rather than $100k.
Was also surprised to see the Buy It Now asked for the Linden green 991.2.
I mean, I understand that it is a new car, but one would REALLY be in love with that color to decide to meet their ask. Maybe an example of an upcoming series of re-re-re-sellers which may hold the bag of a little Ponzi scheme? Dunno.
We will see where we are in 6Mo from now.

It still seems that when 991.2 3RS’s come to market the asking prices are still hitting new highs. This seems to be continuing to drag the market up. Many don’t seem to be selling but lots of ambitious asking prices. Even the .1 market seems to still be trending north. Just my observation. I realize this is very subjective.

“Sort of”… well, no… truly breathing a sigh of relief… but also conscious that only time will really tell if we have reached a plateau or not.

$215k ($220k all in with buyer fee) for a low mileage 991.2 RS: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...sche-gt3-rs-8/
Caveat is that it had AC delete option which won’t work for many people (me included). Probably some day will be a rare collector car.

GT3's and RS's are dropping like predicted, a nice .2 RS WP car just sold 230k with low miles less than MSRP and another .1 RS with super low miles and high options 185k.
Dealers are sitting on inventory or cars going via auction as auction seems to be the new retail pricing when moving inventory.
