Make it 15%. But "produce more" would be best.

Don't think it is the PDK. Let's face it the same people that say they can only have a manual and LWB's there are plenty, like me, that want PDK and sofa's. If I was in the market the problem is a really nice build with then these stupid ADM's you are in RS money. I would rather do an RS. As RS prices soften I think that is making the decision a little tougher for folks in the same position to pull the trigger on the .2 ADM car.

I think real world big scope of things, the Rennlist bubble doesn't represent the masses out there.

Even the most undesirable spec will sell, that is how "good" this car is or at least perceived with the NA 9K RPM 4.0 engine. Put sofas and PDK on a PTS car that looks identical to Agate Grey (when it could have had the 6MT, LWBS, and a killer PTS color) and it still sells. We each have our own "spec" we want and there is no need to justify it or explain it, all you need to do is decide the car's value to you and see if you can find one at *your* price...purchasing this car at MSRP is highly unlikely for a good subset of us

That is the bottom line. They are in demand and they sell quickly. I think, I hope they worked out the engine problems with the prior iterations of the GT3 and we now have a winner here.

A lot of it is also because of how good 911s have been in the past with the NA heritage, and because Porsche has been so good in creating the ultimate sports car for so long. But as I commented on another thread, my sentiments is that this might be the last 911 I purchase, I am pretty much done with this whole process of being a cash buyer trying to find someone to take my money for a new GT car. If I am in the market for another sports car down the road, going to take a hard look at Mac/Ferrari/Lambo, turbos and all. It is not NA or bust for me personally. It also likely makes a difference that this is not a track car for me but enjoyable daily driver/weekend canyon car, can't speak to "track-worthiness"

My friend, not sure the masses could afford the price of a GT3 + ADM.

No the masses can afford 2 GT3's. Come to SoCal. Cars are selling WELL OVER the RL ADM gripes. Well over. These people are not on Rennlist. They have "their people" go to the dealer and pay whatever the price is.

$40K all day long. Price doesn't matter. Other limited cars as well; R's, PTS RS', 2RS. Blows my mind just how many uber wealthy folks there are ready to spend whatever.

Spoke with an SA a couple of days ago and he said I could have a GT3-RS allocation for 50 to 100K over MSRP next month and the GT2-RS will probably go in the range of 250K over MSRP. So 40K, although nothing to sneeze at is small potatoes.

Speaking of Socal, I was at a dealer last week for about 10 min. A young guy pulls up in an F12 and asks about the GT2RS. The SA said something along the lines of...we may have one available soon, added some bs and then more bs, and closed with saying it will likely be $100K or more over. The young guys said...$100k? Ok, how can I buy it?

It just takes one.
