Dealers hide behind these "wanna be brokers" to avoid the bad publicity when they have lists of their own and passing up their loyal customers.

It is rumored Ayatollah Ali Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was once denied a feasibility PTS study for the color Infidel Grey and got no Certificate of Authenticity for his 911 R because his long name wouldn't fit on it.

I'm actually in a position that I can do what I want any time--it's a fun place to be.

For me it's more about the enjoyment, for others it's about the 'depreciation' or loss (of which there has been plenty).

You would not know that, since you don't know me.
I like old cars, so that's a different point of view. If you have lost on Ferraris, you didn't get into the game earlier enough. Obviously AMG and Lamborghinis depreciate, no question about that. Porsche car cycles are annually. RS is not equal to non-RS. I don't care about depreciation. It is expected. You are lucky that you can do whatever you want any time. Good thing you have decided to stick with a more affordable manufacturer due to the fact they make the best cars, instead of keeping up with the Joneses.

AMG told me that they purchased the allocations and are selling them. They are asking 65 for the 3RS and 200 for the 2RS. However, they are mum on details until they receive the money. I think Rennlist likes to ban non sponsors.

Just went to dealer they got 5 gt3rs allocations only 4 locals wanted cars (msrp) so there selling last one at 50,000 adm. Thinking I would never have a shot at one, I never asked about or got onto list. Not good, I could’ve got one at msrp.

They only had 4 local customers who wanted the car? Where is this dealership, Alaska? I'm sure they have more than 4 local customers who want the car at MSRP but wanted to keep one for themselves to sell for an ADM. I will say that $50k over is the lowest price mark-up out there at the moment.

I guess I’m not an ideal customer. I like real sports cars and only interested in gt cars. I wasn’t able to get a gt3 or gt4 from them, so I had to go out of state to get my Gt4. I believe if I had prior relationship I would have gotten it at msrp, but it’s kinda hard to get one started when I’m only interested in gt cars.

Agreed.
Also, we all know that dealers are forbidden from selling over MSRP. In Canada, none of the dealers will sell you a GT3 at even $1 over MSRP. Why are they getting away with it in the US?!

Because US is based on capitalism and Canada is based on socialism.
