Once again, anyone can have one. Are you recommending that they pay anything to make it possible?

Nothing wrong with guys not wanting to give a dealer an extra free $15K-$30K++++ just because. Many have strong moral beliefs regardless of their income.

Nothing wrong with that and nothing wrong with observing and commenting on the game and calling out hype BS.

Many can't play pro NBA hoops, but can discuss and watch the game from the sidelines.

The ones sweating aren't the guys on the sidelines. That's the fun part. The guys who are trying to play a game of car flipping roulette are the ones sweating bullets.

My take on it for what it's worth or not worth

"ADM" or "ADP" Charges (Additional Dealer Markup) Bogus charges added by greedy dealers. It means "Additional Dealer Markup" or "Additional Dealer Profit," and appears on a sticker next to manufacturer's MSRP sticker.

But I call it DBD=D04che Bag Dealer.

that car doesn’t suck, MB dealer is great.

Black series was doing development laps at the Ring yesterday.
Renntech is local to me.
I bought an AMG GT-r but got tired of waiting for delivery, they delayed and then they got stuck on "immigrations" for way too long so I pulled the plug and bought a 2015 gt3. Kind of regret it now. Don't get me wrong the GT3 is awesome but the Gt-r is a beast. If you are frustrated with the GT3 ADM go and try to test drive an AMG GT-r. you will not regret it.

Just called my salesman for someone to ask for a configurable allocation. Told them that this guy will pay market premium. This is the same dealership that just got a Touring 3 weeks ago and sold it in 3 days for somewhere near $50k over. This is among the largest PORSCHE dealerships in the US. Their answer: They are all sold out. These guys won’t even take a deposit for one, and I bet most if not all of these incoming ones are sold at a hefty premium.

There are PLENTY of dealers in socal offering $25k or less. See irvine or south bay. Stop spreading exaggerated pricing like they are the norm.

Sounds like my strategy. I have two plans. Plan A is to see if the sell price of a .2 GT3 drops to MSRP. Plan B is to pull the trigger on a low mileage CPO .1 GT3 if Plan A doesn't pan out. Between the two plans, I should be in a GT3 by end of this year.

@NYC, please post your impression of the .1 GT3.

i have time, so put deposit down on the Black Series, or RS.
deiven one at Yas Marina.

The brakes and brake cooling are not good enough yet, but perhaps that solved in the Black Series.
Rwnntech is also working on a solution.

Hear is your perfect example of a flipper. First post, delivery miles and has no clue at the going rate because he is asking a HUGE premium trying to find a sucker. Waste of a spec. Hope that helps.

Wow such a big mess. Dealers, brokers, private sellers, most but not all (very high percentage) jump on the band wagon of flipping the car right away. Demand for these Porsche GT cars is on an all time high.

Drive safe,
