EDIT: I just asked a cop, actually. They're getting breakfast next door. She said here in CA, they'd cite for reckless driving, failure to maintain reasonable control, and/or trespassing. Depends on their mood and your attitude. Doesn't matter if it's private property—you can figure it out in court. But you're still getting a ticket if they want to give you one.
The court will decide based on facts of the circumstance. If you are in an empty parking lot trying to learn how to control your car in traction-limited circumstances, I don't see the threat to property or public safety. In fact, you are attempting to improve your skill in an environment where there is no risk of property damage or safety of people. Personally, I would trust the attorney who represented me in a speeding case to make compelling arguments to the judge (they got a radar-based speeding case dismissed where I was cited for going 22 over the limit...). Yes, it would require a court appearance by the attorney that would cost me $, but the outcome wouldn't add points to my driving record or increase my insurance premium, and I would have the benefit of knowing how to control my car in traction-challenged conditions. My experience with LEOs and parking lots when I was a teenager riding my minibike in an empty school parking lot is that you get warned first as a means of getting you out of the area if someone is complaining. The ticket happens if you are a repeat offender.

No harm no foul. Let the cop take your car for a spin in the parking lot. I could only see a cop ticket someone who is rude, if you tell them what your doing, they probably won't care. Life's short, who cares about tickets anyways

C'mon, we all know doing donuts in a parking lot is legally questionable. You can pretend lawyer all you want on the internet. But a cop is gonna give you a ticket if they want to.

I learned with a 69 GTO on dirt roads in OK. No ditches. Big fun. Porsche at their facility in Atlanta has a device that pitches your car sideways as you enter a skid pad. Bigger fun. I have a 488. I have no interest in finding its limits on the street. I realized long ago I am not Patrick Long.

Still probably cheaper than paying for a skidpad session...

it's not a donut if you're in the wet...nobody hears the tires scrubbing at 1am in the rain.

I'll keep that in mind next time I feel like burning some rubber in your parking lot Can you park all your cars to form an auto-x course?

What is the average GT3-RS ADM? Is expecting an ADM of 50K reasonable?

If that is configurable for a 991.2 GT3RS that is indeed the lowest and probably cheap considering lap times at Nurburgring would be awesome.

Drive safe,
