I learned about the run through DeLuz a few years ago but it seems the road is hit or miss with regards to road debris and water run off. Was it dry when you went?

Full wash and wax, as well as my bi-annual top treatment.

Looks pretty good for an original top, 15 years old, 90k miles, and driven year 'round in the Chicago area

I was in that area a couple of months ago; no debris or water, but a couple of times I was blocked by a big concrete barrier placed across the road (there might have been more than one). The NAVI was confused by this because it thought the road was open. There was also an unpaved road - way too rough for my taste - that the NAVI thought was driveable. And I had not thought to pre-download the map to my phone, so with no cell signal I couldn't find my way around.

But there are far worse places than that to get lost in a Cayman! It's not classic twisties but very scenic and low traffic.

With out getting to personal, do you live up Nutmeg towards Greer Ranch? Saw a White Cayman heading down Nutmeg through Clinton Keith towards Jackson about same time you where talking about heading up to De Luz. Just curious.
