couldn't be happier with those aftermarket LEDs as i found the OEM "fog lamps" unattractive.

Congrats! It looks very sharp! Did you clean any of the aluminum suspension parts? If so, what approach did you take?

Thank you. Yes, first all purpose cleaner diluted 1:1, followed by an old Navy trick “never dull” found in a tin jar. This cayman had 166k miles.

Did you buy new or used? Curious if you happen to have a part number?
@fouckhest

I used Auto Spa Customs in Mesa. Steve Nappi is the owner, treated me very well (480-632-7450). The top looks beautiful, better than new quality. Total was $2400, took a couple of days. I also got an estimate from The Top Shop in Phoenix, price was about the same, but they are way North of Phoenix and I’m in Gilbert.

Drove it to pick up son #2 from school.

70 degrees. Sunny. Windows down. The sound of the new Carnewal GT gloriously ringing through my ears.

So I come home from work yesterday and this is what I see.

My son decided he was going to start putting in the water pump I ordered from LN Engineering. 3 Hours later the water pump, low temp thermostat and new belt are all in. Then today while I was at work he added the coolant and burped the air out using the air release ports and reving method.

Default Just a quick trip

Took her out the other day to head up to one of our favorite restaurants

What’s a little snow

Ok. Maybe a little more snow

Are you serious?

This is not what we were looking for.

Made it to the restaurant. Decided going back over the pass was not a great idea, so had to take the long way around back home. So sad. At least she handled better in the snow than I expected.

Made it back. It was tough having to go the long and winding road to get back home. It’s always a bummer when the trip ends up being three times as many miles LOL. Gotta love these cars.

Installed these on the door lights. They're only a bit whiter (not blue) and definitely improves visibility facing the rear as LED are more directional than halogens. I removed the diffuser/dome since the factory lens are already doing that.

The "fade out" effect when they turn off is still functional.
