Did you take off the door panels, etc., etc.
I used this to remove tint on a previous car. Worked quite well, but it’s a PITA no matter what. You may want to remove the door panel to get every last bit of tint off. Or just trick the door into thinking it’s closed so the window is fully raised- that should make most of it accessible.

Oil change day and added some silly 1/8” silver vertical stripes on the diffuser… made it pop a little

Just received these sequential LED side signals.

Going to get them PPF first before install.

Looks fantastic! I always liked the brown top on silver. Saw one at cars & coffee last year with full cocoa leather interior - definitely drool worthy.

Brown with white or orange maybe. I guess I've never been a fan of the brown top. I see you have the Cocoa interior, if you like it

I bought new side markers very similar to these (that I didn't know operated as sequential) and had to code the car so they operated as indicators instead of side markers, otherwise they are just "always on" with the lights. Not sure what coding capable units can do this, I happened to have a Durametric Pro cable on hire from Ebay.

Cheers,
Julian.

My halogen side markers blink with the signals so I assume there's no additional programming needed...?

Looks spectacular.
There's nothing quite like a mid-week tour on open roads.
I am itching to get over this work hump, and get out for similar...

Today though, I replaced my garden variety leather PDK handle with a later Alcantara version.

From a 991, Macan, Cayenne, and Panamera it is a 1:1 replacement (except for the shift pattern lettering):

Driving only in M-mode the Alcantara is noticeably warmer in winter and less tacky in summer.
With the change to an Alcantara headliner last year too, I now need to look at options for the shifter surround housing, as that rubberized look is starting to scratch as usual...

Do you have a photo of the shift pattern? This would be a cool upgrade for my car as I have an alcantara sports steering wheel

The shift pattern is the same, there is no mechanical difference.
Merely, the later model (as above) does not have the shift pattern label on the button...
It is plug-and-play otherwise!

Makes sense, I hope?

Oh gotcha, I mis-read your post, I like that for sure!

Did you buy new or used? Curious if you happen to have a part number?

for about a year now, been trying find and to fix a rattle, like metal on plastic, coming from around the glovebox. i removed the glovebox the other day (about 20 screws and ten pieces of plasic) and the sound stopped. i found a couple of plastic pipes that needed to be reconnected and thought i had fixed it, so re-installed the glovebox. and damned if the noise was back! sooooo... i'm removing the pieces involved in removing the glovebox again, one at a time and testing after each is removed until the sound goes away. so far i've removed the cup holder mechanism and i think i might have found the culprit.

god! i hope so...
