Great AMERICAN 964s for sale

This is the C4 that was listed in Conneticut. I bought it sight unseen, no PPI, etc. Even though I have some insight on what will be a good car vs a bad by talking to people, there is still a lot of risk. Anyways, this gamble paid off. Interior is near perfect, the paint is great, everything works. Very slight leak from valve covers(not even a drip on the floor.) One easy to fix transmission leak. Everything else is top notch. Even the hydralic fluid is extremely clean. I buy and sell a lot of cars, and this one is a keeper for life.

Great find. Sometimes you have to go with your gut. Most people want a quick and easy deal, and while a PPI is prudent for a buyer, a seller will almost always go for a quick no hassle deal to avoid all the logistics.

This will sell in half a day.
27k miles for under $40k that's a steal for today's market. I will call them when the dealer opens. Too good to be true...

Prices are really going crazy.
What do you think my car is worth? I just bought it in September from it's second owner and it only has 38,000 miles on it.
GP white 1991 C4 cab, 5-spd, totally bone stock original with everything that came with it new, including the window sticker ($86K list), tools, air pump, all service records, etc.. $5,000 of options - including both power seats, supple leather, custom color carpets, stitching, welting, factory CD stereo, etc.

Problem is that many cabs stay on the market quite a while.
It's hard to put a price as I don't notice them selling (they seem to stay for sale for a long time and I don't notice when they are sold).
There is a white on blue 1994 for sale here in Montreal under $30k CAD and its just not selling.
