Ha...... no I actually caught that particular show on TV.

I did just get done with refitting the rear valence and bumper after all priming was done on the rear end. I am not going to jump it into a pool after I am done though .

Can't believe that he got better times than special tool and he took off normally, I bet it has to do with tool's 375lbs belly.

could be.

Could be tools flux capacitor wasn't working.

tool never put power down for ****. Typical of dyno queens. Great at laying numbers horrible at putting it down under 70mph. I always knew he was a supra owner.

Default Why so slow?

I am a huge Porsche fan, so dont take this the wrong way... BUT

Why are 951's so slow at the drag strip? With all othe $$ and mods you guys are putting into these cars, why are Honda Civics beating us by over 2 seconds??? exp. Cortney Greens civic runs 9.916s. I know his car is modified, but so are all the cars on the top ten list here. Come on guys!! A Civic.....

Tim, maybe you can enlighten us on this. And George where is your drag slip?

Also the guys here in Utah that know Cortney, say that he is running around
50+ psi (I call BS) but if so how is he doing this????

These cars have some pretty bad lag at first and some problems with lag when shifting. Mine did when stock.

I can most definately get the car times down to low 11's at this point. I'm sure of it. but My last quarter runs were just a quick feel for what the new set up was like. I would have gone around some more, but there were just too damn many people there that night.

remember that my 123.78mph run was the first and only on that boost level with the new set up. So times weren't my concern. How it ran and felt was more important to me.

Quarter mile times and speeds aren't really my purpose. I would rather be scootin around a road race track and I didn't want to create any more delays. So. Those times will still stand until October. It will be cooler then and I will have some track time behind me. The car might actually be a little slower due to the widebody that will be on it by then though.

Sorry Lart. I haven't seen your reply's since I've been on vacation.
STRICTLY E-85. Changing oil faster and adding in pre-mix to the fuel so there won't be any wash out. Everything "should" run happy.

What do you mean by pre-mix and what is wash out?

Also when are you guys going to be running the top 10 best times again?
