Congratulations on the sale Rob. That was a strong price but I think it deserved a lot better for what it is and all that was done to it. Outstanding work and presentation.

Congrats Rob. That was exhilarating for sure. Six figures was definitely correct for it, but it was a soft 6 figures. The market right now is though, so all told, I think you did okay.
