Hey, those are MY wheels!!

Had them on the car for over 10 years now, still look great on the black car.

You'll want to trim the wheel bearing caps maybe 5mm's so the center caps will go on.

New Air filter. Needed it but old one from PO was upside down. New oil and filter-15w50 and ZDDP additive from STP. Runs butter smooth and quiet now. Oil drain had no washer, got one now. Next, Spacer for AC compressor clutch so it stops dragging.

Might be easier to say what I'm not doing to my car this week, but I thought I'd share my trans mounts with you.

And how bad my TT was.

Think of it this way Sean, at least it is a snap to get the shaft and bearings out. When I did mine they were STUCK in there.

WIDTM928T content: Finished my A/C refresh with all new o-rings, four rebuilt hoses (didn't do the engine bay suction hose. That will have to wait for the engine to be out.) new expansion valves, compressor re-seal with fresh PAG oil, and a complete system flush. The amount of dye and sealant snot that came out was frightening. Re-charged with 36 oz of 134a and she is now frosty and running the right discharge pressure since all the excess oil is out.

I installed the Lizard short shift kit. The bushing on the drivers side of the shift coupler was completely gone. So I figured as long as I have to change the bushings, I might as well improve the shifting too. Impressive improvement to the way it shifts now. This is the way it should have come from the factory.

Sean dont throw away those old trans mounts,
someone may be able to replace the rubber on them for less than the cost of new mounts.

Thats a really nasty TT surprised it lasted this long,
I would clean it and then look carefully for cracks where the turned area is to the splines since it has all of that rust

Aside from replacing the crumbling brake/abs barrel connectors I rerouted the PO's stainless steel brake lines. Got rid of the plastic zip ties, routed the hoses through the stock location and fabricated a locking clip to hold them in place.
