So what did you do to your 928 Today......

Changed plugs and cleaned left coil that had "green corrosion". Power improvement and increased idle speed(300 to 620ish) were welcome improvements. New wires, rotors, caps and coils are next to complete the job.
Also, completed Right Front Fender Ground cleanup. What a PITA. What was Hagan thinking? Leads were barely long enough to service and re-threading grounding bolt was a harpooning adventure. But most already know this so I'm just venting...but feel better.

Drifting
I drove it to work and couldn't wait to drive it home.
Took Deb shopping in the truck and after supper when it was getting dark, I tore up the streets for a while.
I need to adjust the lights lower now that the big bulbs are in.

Three Wheelin'
Carpet is now finally DONE! Got the rear trunk carpet in from Rob Budd today with the corrected P O R S C H E logo...the ridges are due to it being shipped rolled up and should go away after it warms up laying flat.
Carpet is the palamino velour
LOOKS FANTASTIC!
and got the "dummy" bulb installed so the LED TBL and the cruise both work.. GOOD DAY TODAY!

A buddy and I worked through Dwayne's excellent instructions on why my A/C is not working(compressor not running). The fun started with the power lead blade connector to compressor disintegrating by touching it and was subsequently repaired. All tests checked out and pointed to the Relay in the A/C Control Unit per Dwayne's instructions.
On a side note - I had been wondering why the Control unit buttons and sliders never lit up or even if they had the capability. Unfortunately, I found the Optical cables brittle and broken. The leads go down into the Controller and I have no idea if or how the light source for the optical leads works but that is not a concern at this point because I just want the A/C to work before the summer is over. Any input on how to restore illuminated controls is welcome.
I picked up the required relay from Radio Shack and will complete the soldering job tomorrow. So far so good. I only hope the compressor is not "frozen".
