That's good to hear. I was worried he lost control during one of his burnouts...I almost did! If mine is like riding in a rocket, Derek's must be like trying to ride a 44 Magnum bullet.
You know, my next post had a in it, and that has been deleted???

You funny guy!
Oh, not heard that reference before. Sorry to be so dense. My diff is open. Makes for fun burnouts. Actually I've had no trouble controlling the car. 345 ft lbs of torque at 2500 RPM (maybe even lower RPM, although that was not measured) is very exciting - no need at all for a high stall torque converter!

Hey Kong;

Us stroker type are becoming a rare breed. Did you put King Kong on the Dynopac and show these blowhards up??

Oops, wrong SC

Here is a pic on the way down and also of the engine bay as of today. Need to run my plug wires correctly and redo the intake eventually.

As for how it's running, awsome Ran it up to 135 mph last night and it was still pulling so hard it kind of freaked me out. To me it doesn't feel as fast at the high R's as it used to but I think that is because it is so fricking powerful from about 2500 on. I also need an upgraded fuel pump. On the dyno my fuel pressure wasn't keeping up. Runs as cool is it ever has and I swear I am getting better mpg. Can smoke em in 3 gears but am having wheel hop issues.

That would be a vacuum hose twisted in with a bolt screwed into the vacuum hose. I thought that's how everyone did it

Default OT

In addition to the Dodge girls, here're some highlights...

Let's keep it SC-related in this thread, but feel free to post pics of the Autoshow over at OT. Thanks - RV

Mine is scheduled to finish up to tomorrow. I'm dying to drive it. Will advise.
