Good work Michael. I finished tuning my megasquirt today, but I blew up my wastegate lol so I'm stuck at 5 psi. It's still spinning all through 1st though! You have to drive it soon.

Definitely! Also have Cale send you pics of his new swapmobile, David and I trailered it to his place.

Three Wheelin'
Reinstalled the driver door card as the handle hook was not into the metal pocket.
Drove it to the city for lunch, made my girlfriend sick with some sporty driving.

Swapped in my black armrest pieces that I scored at Hershey, and re-soldered the wires for the passenger window switch that were janked up.
Tinted the rear turn signals red. IMO, the best/simplest visual mod.

Today I put my new clutch in and bolted on the pressure plate
I also used my vice to press apart my torque tube bearings. First I pushed out the inner liner things
Then I used the same method to press out the old bearings
Then I pressed in the new ones
After that, I cleaned up the bellhousing and put on a coat of primer so I can paint it. No one is going to see it, but I'm gonna paint it and everything else under the car anyways.
While the primer was drying I started disassembling my control arms and cleaning them so I can prime and paint them. These things were dirty!
Does anyone think this torque tube bearing liner is reusable? The rubber is split on the front, but the rest of it is in mint condition.

Today I disassembled my calipers and cleaned them along with my control arms and rear brake dust shields for some paint. My calipers were already painted, but I guess I did a pretty ****ty job last time because most of the paint flaked off
I don't have any pictures of the calipers, but I have one of the control arms
I noticed some stuff that looks like JB Weld on one of the control arms after I cleaned them up. Hopefully they weren't trying to cover up a crack. New control arms are super expensive...
Getting the ball joints out of the control arms wasn't too bad. They were completely shot. I didn't find anything in there that looked like grease and whatever made up the assembly inside the arm had turned to dust...
The last thing I did today was put a final coat of paint on my bellhousing. It looks so fresh and shiny. Too bad no one is going to see it
Now all I have to clean is the torque tube, trailing arms, spindles, spring plates, torsion bar housing, the things that went on the side of the tube that holds it onto the chassis, front brake dust shields, brake rotor hats, and a few other things that I don't know the name of so I can paint them. The underside of my car is going to look brand new!
