Three Wheelin'
Friday night coming home from work I went to put on headlights and they didn't come up. I stopped at a servo as needed fuel anyway and saw lights were half up. Tried switching on and off a few times and nothing. I checked out mechanism and nothing seemed broken or loose. I then tried to wiggle each headlight and noticed right had some play but left was locked solid.
I decided to try a little persuasion and heard a clink. Turns out the lens had separated from reflector and had jammed it up. After breaking the lens it was easy to get glass out and no damage was done to lifting set up. I got new one on Monday and fitted it Monday night.
Removing the reflector from the mounting braket was a major PITA, as was fitting new one to it. Has anyone else had this happen ?

Assembled the Weltmeister sway bar with new grade 8 hardware and some new parts from Paragon. The last two pieces should be in today and then it will be ready to go on the car.

Yesterday put on the front sway bar and p/s reservoir. Today put on the ploy rear sway bar bushings, rear stainless steel brake lines, filled the transmission with swepco 201, and put on the only944.com shifter bar linkage thingy which greatly lightened up the shifting.
