hello i just bought a 944 and im looking to swap a sbc V8 into it and i was wondering where you bought your v8 conversion kit at? im looking at a kit made in texas for around $1700 and i was wondering if that is a normal price or if you had experiance with a different one that is in your car. also where did you purchase headers from? im not familiar with this forum yet so if you could email me at [email protected] i would appreciate it very much.
thanks for your time and any info you can help with,

Sounds good. This weekend is booked but maybe the weekend after. If there is a cookout I can bring food or beer.

i'd love to have you come out and look at the car, let me know when you want to do it and we'll set up a date and time. now that the car is running and driving i'd like to host a get together of local people some weekend, just a short drive and then cookout at my house, would you be interested?

I think the dual pipes looks fine. I am local and would love to come look at it. I got a 1984 944 this spring. I have been working on restoring it to running condition so I can drive it while I rebuild an engine to do exactly what you did. I would love to come look at yours one day just to see how it looks and maybe pick your brain a bit about the conversion.
