This seems like a great deal - https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/9...-e5f241c36108/

This seems priced very fairly for a full leather, bucket, ceramics car. I feel like I need to be talked out of this. Problem is I like my 997 GT3 so much.

Seems post-summer pricing is hitting. I think paying over MSRP for anything but a brand new spec-d Spyder doesn't make much sense right now, regardless of build. My 2c. Perhaps CPO PPF and really low miles, but if I were buying again right now, I'd be trying to drive a hard bargain, and I say that as a current owner.

That one piqued my interest when it popped up as well, but I've never been a huge fan of GB or aurum wheels. But the price for what you are getting in this market does seem attractive. I've only seen three cars listed for under MSRP in the last few months - this one (I'm assuming it's under MSRP based on the build but didn't actually check), one that sold a month or so ago that the new owner reports it being great after shipping it across the country, and the white car that's currently for sale in Atlanta with damage history and relatively high mileage. I imagine the dealer has to be upside-down on the Atlanta car by now as they originally listed it for $141k many months ago, and are down to $115k now.

Very nice. Looks like used Porsches are coming back to normal levels. It is also seasonal as Sports cars and convertibles don't sell well in winter so dealers are probably trying to unload them especially in the northern climates. I have always gotten good deals on CPO Porsches by buying them in December and January, keeping them for a couple years, and then selling them in the summer for what I paid or in one case a couple K more.
