Does anyone know if it’s possible to enable these two features from GTS 4.0 on a 718 Spyder? I don’t see them on the front page but theoretically these should just be software features that are deactivated on the spyder/gt4?

1. Rear Park Assist Visual overlay

2. Hill Hold with the green light HOLD going active and no 2 second timeout. I found the GTS version of hill hold way more effective than the spyder version.

Apologies if this is already in the thread somewhere.

Currently on my 981 (I believe 718 is the same) the electronic parking brake will auto release if you put the manual transmission into 1st/reverse and slightly gas/clutch out. However it requires your seat belt to be buckled — is there any way to remove the seat belt requirement for this feature? It’s a pain in the butt when trying to move the car a few feet (seatbelts always when driving on the street)

Could you code a spyder to include the GT4 track TPMS option?

Not sure about the Park Assist overlay and Hill Hold on GT cars.

What happens when you put your foot on the brake and then release the parking brake? Does it only release when the belt is in?

foot on the brake and then releasing the parking brake works fine, no seat belt required

Then this would be the sequence to follow...

In the same page, comfort windows up and down. If you try to activate both the top and windows comfort access on the Spyder, the latter will work as they share the key fob (press and hold open or close doors). Useful for who prefers windows rather than the top or cayman users.

I also found a line that implies the OPF is monitored on this car (23 Spyder). Could someone compare with prior American non-monitored cars (20-22)?

Tried wireless CarPlay activation. Turned in 5ghz but made no difference. It could be hardware related as others reported.
@John Mclane , @edub and I tried to code Comfort Open Window and Comfort Close Window today on my GT4 but it returned an error. Do all of the comfort values have to be set to yes? Other coding was successful besides this one

I didn't code that as it would overlap with the top. Maybe you coded the top as well, followed by an error? I don't know how the GT4 options appear, but I don't doubt you have convertible lines there.

I could be wrong but I think you have to have Porsche Entry and Drive option to code comfort windows.

I do not have Entry and Drive but have comfort windows working on my Cayman T. All that I have changed is:

Coding-Comfort functions-Window comfort opening - Yes
Coding-Comfort functions-Window comfort closing - Yes

Default PSE behavior?

Has anyone made any progress on finding a way to make it so when PSE is on the exhaust valves don't close during 2-5k operation?

Default Porsche coding options

Does Porsche offer options to customize various features such as lights, warnings and other options?
Carly popped into my mind but I've noticed that does not support newer Cayman models.

EDIT:

Thanks for moving my post, I didn't find this thread. Excellent!

My wishes are somehow complicated So I'm not sure if this can be done ;-)
1. disabling the daylight option in headlights
2. enabling the 'LED stripes' for daylights
3. turn on the side markers on an Euro car
4. set start/stop off by default
5. disable the '3-blink option' (I know this is doable based on information is this thread).
