Default 2022 Spyder coding

Hi all!
I’d like to thank 718Socal for all the kindness and help he did for me to do some coding.
i tried to find someone in Scottsdale who knew coding but was unable. Certainly not the dealer.
I was going to try to do it remotely with him but then planned a trip to SoCal and met him at his friends house ( great guy ) to do the coding.
What a nice smart guy he is. He did my top closing from key fob, dash lights on all the time, remembering Auto start/stop button and turn signals flash number for me.
He is a very talented guy for sure.
Only wish I could have done the windows up after closing too.
Thanks again for all you did for me Phill!!!
It was a pleasure to meet you and your friend….the car is so much better now!

Rob

Does this basically let you change the ride height?

Not that I am unhappy with the "low" setting of my 23 Macan GTS but it does make me go "hmmm..."

Nice meeting you and your wife. You have a very nice Spyder. My friend complimented your ride. You did not miss out on the Widows roll up/down since it is mutually exclusive with the keyfob top down. Nice to see you drive and enjoy your car.

Yes it does but I missed one step which is to reset the default height first. I am gonna code the Macan this weekend and take some more screenshots after we lower it again.

This has been documented by @Santirx in the Macan Forum. The way you start the calibration process is:

STEP 1: Calibrate to Reset to Factory... Measure the distance between the wheel center and the fender edge for all wheels and enter each value in the respective field in PIWIS screen. The car will automatically go to stock height. Don’t assume it already is.

STEP 2: Calibrate to Lower Car.... Then, you repeat the process, measure, this time add the height you want to drop to each actual measurement you are taking, and then the car will adjust (lower) to whatever number you added.

After we reset to default we lowered the car 18 mm on all around.

2017 Macan GTS

Many thanks to Teddis, @Santirx and rnlst_log for helping out.

That doesn't make any sense, if you leave it on FM when you shut down it should be on FM when you restart... are you saying this is not the case and your car defaults to XM as the sound source?

No it does not. There are a lot more modules in the 992 that reference ***.

I haven't seen anyone succeed in the 992 forum.

Scan your car for errors. It is not seeing your BKE module. Is this for your Macan?

The "?" in the value field tells me that you are using an incorrect version of PIWIS, and it can't properly decode the values stored. I would not run coding if you see this.

I know the PIWIS III that I bought came with two versions.... 40.something and a 38.something. I forget which works and which doesn't but if I boot into one and see ?'s all over the place when playing with my 718 Spyder, I reboot and pop into the other version and things are decoded correctly.

I see from the screenshot, "Macan" - what year Macan? Because my PIWIS III on v40.something won't properly decode a lot of the modules on my 2023 Macan GTS. Need a PIWIS IV to do a lot of things.
