I find the 100mm round don't really work with the oval cut-outs on the GTS diffuser as side gaps are too big. The GT4/Spyder has smaller square cut-outs and round tips work better. I'm being OCD.

After some some fiddling I got the OEM tips fitting on the Kline.

Get a valve controller, full open below 4k is glorious. Having the ability to keep it closed when cruising at 70mph is nice as its very quiet there valves closed.

+1. Mainly for the sound below 4k, it’s smoother and better.

No clue. I do have a valve controller but if I had to do it all over again, I would collar them open. I leave them open all the time. Closing them on the highway at cruise speed does not decrease sound much at all. It is noticeable but that is about it. Anyway, collar them puppies and let that thing sing!!!

Agreed. Sound with closed is actually very good and completely different to OEM. Sounds exotic and high-end. I actually drive closed a fair amount around town or highway. No way I'd want this setup without option to close or open.

Whelp, I installed the KLINE INCONEL setup in just under 3 hours today, with little to no hiccups at all, and I used all the supplied hardware. The last 30 minutes of the install can be blamed on my OCD, as I had to get the OEM tips looking “perfect”, which I think I nailed. The tips like others had pointed out, did not clamp securely enough to the KLINE pipes, but a simple remedy using metal banding; 1/2” wide, 1mm thick, by roughly 2.5” long, placed on the inside of the OEM tips. They tightened up perfectly after this. Others can choose to buy metal shim tape off Amazon for around $10, and place a few strips on the inside diameter of the OEM tips, and you will be good to go without cutting/grinding anything. I needed to adjust the previously installed valve hose clamp slightly to give proper clearance to the new system. I went against the grain when it came to the valves, which shouldn’t come as a surprise. I had a spare set of collars that I placed on the valves before I put the back box on the car. These will remain in this position for now, and for the foreseeable future.

For those who have put on this system, how did you store the PSE system?
Im going to use the the KLINE box to store both the PSE and OAP's, wrapped in a 50gal trash bag. Should I be applying any lubricant for long term storage to the valves/valve actuators?

Always OAP and back box with Kline (no other way), stock headers and stainless steel. I also have these tips coming from @RoadrunnerGTS to complete the look. I think the round tips will look great.

Every time that I tell someone that drone is minimal or non-exist with my Kline setup, I worry a bit as drone tolerance is so personal and how its perceived is subjective. Your video is excellent, by the way, as are the others you've contributed - are you using a dedicated mic mounted somewhere near the exhaust?
