The fault seems to be with the adjustment range of the OEM tips varies and the Kline pipe exits is on the very edge of the tightest for the OEM tips. If you are in a rush for a solution there are 2 simple solutions:
1. Pipe expander 1-2mm or;
2. On the OEM tip you will notice 2 metal wedges that come together when tightened near the bolt thread, grind 1-2mm off these with a dremmel.

@964C4 can I ask you why you went for Cargraphic headers and not Kline since you have a Kline exhaust ?
any ECU tune?
I have a Kline exhaust + Kline OAP (SS) and I am considering to buy also the headers

I did not like the construction/appearance of KLINE headers; the CARGRAPHIC headers tubing look that they flow the air better
Up to today, still on stock programming, no ECU tune -- Up to now, I do not know about any reliable source with proven dyno graphs that looks encouraging and pricing is crazy...

I had this issue. Contact vendor and they will resolve it with Kline.

@RoadrunnerGTS , Thanks for the quick reply. Please tell me you didn't have to uninstall your exhaust, send it back to Kline or the vendor, and then install another exhaust.
An argument could be that Kline should make their piping 2mm wider, as it is obviously a bit too close to the end of the smallest range of the OEM tips.
If you purchased from Eric@Supreme, just reach out to him for help.

No, although that was offered by Kline as their customer service is outstanding. However, that wouldn't have resolved the issue as the problem wasn't with the Kline muffler, it is with the OEM tips. Get out a set of vvernier calipers and measure the Kline muffler diameter, and you'll see they are likely the same either side. It is the OEM tip that is inconsistent, and both fixes I posted above are a simple 15 min job.

@RoadrunnerGTS, Fix number one is on the exhaust side though, isn't it? My friend just shimmed it with aluminum foil for now.
I wouldn't expect the alu foil solution will last very long. Careful, you may lose the tip.

So I got my kline catless headers. The fitment isn't great. It's not possible to use the o2 sensor without using a 90 degree spacer. The right side pipe touches the heatshield at one section.
The sound is crazy loud now in combination with my akra OAP and stock muffler, but I only use this on track with no restriction on sound. It probably needs resonated OAP's to tone down some of the rasp.
Added sound clip of a flyby on track.
The random chinese o2 spacer I'm using still gives me a CEL. Anyone have a working 90 degree spacer recommendation?
