If I had to guess, the car will get 450hp or less power and a slight bump in torque.

No way they go above 450hp with the same engine as the GT4.

I'm in the same camp. 440hp-450hp with slight bump in torque. I'm curious what the front end will be like. I don't think they had time or wanted to spend $$ to place 992 GT3 front on the 4 RS. That'll likely wait until next iteration. Too bad.

Do you think they'll increase tire width at front and rear? Say 10mm each?

Front could be, the GT4 has wheels with 0.5" less width and up to 255/265 could fit ....rear don't think so due to space.

The 992 will definitely cost more than a 991.2 but not that much.....when you are in that price range $10-15k is nothing. Specially moving to a new generation car.
