Any Rennlisters from New Zealand?
I asked Dean at CCS to pin them based on a DIY from Rennlist (https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...n-the-car.html) that proved you could access all 6 of the GT3 fittings without dropping the engine provided you had the right tools and removed a few ancillary parts. I think there are 8 fittings on the Turbo, and I don't know how accessible the fittings are compared to the GT3 as there's a lot more pipework around the engine bay.
Looks like I'm going to get lucky with shipping and have at least one of the two performance mods I purchased arrive in time to install for the SITT. 997 GT3 throttle body (and adapter) and M&M equal length headers.

All that would likely explain why I didn't get a text from Dean on the 996TT diagnosis.

Matt. Thats going to be one heavily modified GT3 by the time you have finished!
John. You are loosing air from the Fuch's or the 2/3 piece wheels. If the latter its a common issue - only way to solve it is to rebuild them but they arent worth the effort I suspect - just add air..

Burning Brakes
FWIW I run Pagid Yellows (RS19/RS29s) road and track. They do squeal on road but I don't care and I daily drive mine. Actually felt a bit funny when they went silent for for a week or so after the Targa+Puke track day. Got them from Racebrakes, who recommended the quieter Pagid Blues but I wanted the longevity and unburstability of the Yellows. When they eventually expire, I'll likely go Yellow front, Black in back. Blues or OEM Pagid/Textars will likely do you fine if you're not pushing the car for more than a track session at a time.

Jake is lending me his GoPro. I can see the way forward now. Exterior shots are very clear. Internal shots are best on the track.

Thanks. Donna is sure there was no warning light. Strange. Really. It focused on that car now. Leaking wheels are the Frankenstein D90s. I overfilled them this afternoon. I'm doing a controlled experiment to I by to see how bad it is. Fuchs and Speedlines never drop pressure on me.

Good one Doug. Piecing together video. Real problem is the sound. I'll put it all on a USB rather than spend hours uploading to YouTube as most of it will be really of interest to you, Michael and me. Jake is lending me his GoPro. I can see the way forward now. Herman does look different with the D90s. A pity I don't have a white on black banner to complete the look. Black on white doesn't work
