Looking forward to my first HD experience (sans car) getting to know the track & facility.
ChrisB has graciously offered a spot as passenger as long as my noggin fits a spare helmet. Thanks!
See you in the AM.

Tomorrow's convoy is looking good. Red C2, White C4, Cobalt Blue 3.3 Turbo, Maritime Blue 3.3 Turbo, Silver Turbo 3.6 and last but least Pete's 944. I have bought a GoPro to capture the convoy and some more action at the track tomorrow. Hopefully it will eclipse my previous efforts and get more RSG members out there next year.

After rearranging work to get a chance to come join this session my car has decided that's not what I should be doing and developed a rather strange "chirp". Thought it was the new drive belt but it's coming from somewhere else. Really want to come down but not keen on pushing it until I get it in for a diagnosis. Don't want to create more of a problem if one really exists!
Anyone know how long that Carrera GT is going to be around CCS? Wouldn't mind paying a visit and checking it out.

Doug you will love this. This is the first 10km of my 95km course today. Type in Rapallo as start and Bobbio as finish to see what 95Km of very twisty valley passes look like. Key challenges will be narrowness of road, changing surface conditions and oncoming traffic. Of least concern will be speed limits (the roads are mainly 50-70 up here) as the Italians it would seem celebrate flouting the rules! My kinda place!

Will be good to see you there. I may have to get used to multiple GP White 964s in the line up next year! Tomorrow's convoy is looking good. Haha. The worst bit is that we see more of its butt as you go past
Looks like another hot one tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if we are still a second down on normal time. Suggest you stay well away from my cars tomorrow. The Turbo 3.6 tyres are old, ok for the road but unpredictable for how they will run on the track. As for the C4, I want to try Steve's method through the sweeper. At some stage I'll likely lose it.

As for the GT, I think it was still there when I picked up my 996TT this evening, so likely there tomorrow and Monday.
