Hey Macca, that GT3 of yours just doesn't have a bad angle. Waiting for the bird's eye and the worm's eye views to complete the set! Thanks for the update on Ory. Looks like a rough time ahead for him but at least he dodged the biggest bullets from that crash.

Sean - called Brent today but no answer. Will try again Monday morning. Your machine looks killer too and seems to be already wearing your flavour of red warpaint.

Porsche Club Xmas Picnic & Concours on today 11:00 to 3:00. Milford Reserve, Craig Rd. Milford. I think we have 3 RSG attending and one, Dave, coming along at some stage to have a gander. If nothing else it's a good chance to eye up future purchases.

Yep - we'll be there. No doubt there will be a few informal convoys over the bridge. Should be lucky with the rain by the looks.

Would love to be there but timing isn't going to work for me unless I twist my wife's other arm on our 30th celebration weekend away. There's a thought.

Can't believe it's been a year since I had my car there. It's a nice day out. Enjoy.

Nice photos John. Glad I made it for the last half hour and got to see all those amazing machines.

Question - who do you contact to find out if money is owed on a car?

The register is the PPSR. You can see if anything's on that by getting a full report on Carjam.

Thanks for the photos John. That 991 TTS looks bad boy but cant help wonder why they decided on SUV height as it really spoils the look. The GT3 is much better in this regard. Also saw the LED twin tube lights as per the TTS on a white 991 GT3 yesterday at the Porsche factory dealership awaiting pre purchase delivery inspection and preparation and glad I speced the xenon PDLS headlights instead. The twin tube headlights look a little odd IMO....

I think the guy in red at the end of the tug of war line just bought it.

I'm with you Macca on the headlights. And add to that the 918 headlights maybe the latest technology but the look butt ugly to me. Did people say that xenon looked ugly when they first came out?... I suspect not.

I've been meaning to say... Good choice for going for steel brakes too...I imagine the GT3 has ceramic standard? Important question Macca... Does the GT3 have cup holders <grinning but I'm also curious how hard out they make it>.

Please post as soon as you've got that first long drive under your belt.... We all want to hear :-)

Spoke to a few people today, and finally to Steve. Car was built by him and is capable of ~1:14 at HD. Pity, or should I say lucky, that it isn't road registered.
