Pete. 964s have been good value for a long while at 30-35K.

Doug 265K will take much less than 4.25 hrs....

Paul. Merry Xmas and Happy New Year mate. See you at STT in 2014!

Good idea. I will hopefully be painting up until departure. I'll check my phone now to make sure I have your number.

Yep, those are Google map hours. We'll have time for a decent coffee stop then :-)

Anyone got a view on google map trip time estimate vs Porsche run reality?

We've got to corner the market for red NZ new 964 manuals, then we can talk them up a bit more!

Did anyone else first think Doug was talking about the option under the right foot? Will plead the 5th sorry on trying to convert Google hours to Porsche hours. Enjoy the run guys. I'm out this time - may make Hampton mid-Dec though.

Doug. Just been through the same drama trying to collaborate a googlemaps.com route through Switzerland and Italy with a friend in Europe. Damn frustrating but in the end we had to revert to screen shots! Route Napoleon and the M6202 through the Rhone Value ae looking like Manukau in the translation LOL!

Really looking forward to the Sunday run and its now good we have a challenge to beat the googlemaps time LOL! This will be a great prologue to Targa in May and it looks like some of the key Targa candidates will be along. Happy to share points duty with squadron leader along the way...

A guy I know in Monaco just got his new 991 GT3 yesterday. It will keep his Zonda and F40 company. Looks just awesome in flat black. I cant do another dark car but if I could this would be a good choice. Second picture of a black one just delivered to a customer in Dusseldorf. This car looks good in every colour Ive seen it. ..getting excited now...

Useful set of video tutorials for AIM users here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...8iHBjjNDnCNCTf

In particular, his first video shows you how to move the start/finish marker in existing data:

Yeh - with Macca talking them down we need to do something. You can't tell me a NZ new manual 964 is worth half a manual 993.

Thanks for that - Michael R showed me how to reset the start/finish marker out at HD last w/e but I wasn't paying attention. Very useful
