Here's a nice 964 accident repair article. At the end he talks of his next project being to convert it from C4 to C2. Think of the weight saving John :-P

As for C4 conversions I remain unconvinced the cost is worth it and the C4 gets around as quickly as Lola as is

Correct. Gideons place. Had a great day started at 6am with Rugby breakfast at neighbors followed by our Sunday breakfast/brunch out with friends (you probably remember those) then to HH for a swim and paddle. You wouldbt recognize it up there now John around 50-60 holiday homes many 1-2MM build, many with jetties and 10m+ boats etc!

Hope they have good air con, because it's sheltered from the trade winds.

I turned down buying a section near Samoa point for $45,000. Sounds like a bad decision.

Yes those section have only ever gone up. Only around 3 left at Samoa Point subdivision no longer have houses on them. One of them I sold to a mate, hes just turned down three offers in the last 12 months between 240-270K AUD. 5 star resort on the point now (owned by the Peckhams) another down the road and two fine dining restaurants and a few beach bars up there now. Yes gets too hot in summer but its the perfect NZ winter retreat location...safe water sports park on your door step...

It's easy to do, just leave the painted rings off. I did that for the SITT.

I doubt I will stop playing with the look when the current work is finished so may try it again.

Good news boys - the track has been recertified and the tyre bundle is no longer needed for the FIA level errr 2(?) cert.

Gone for good! Or at least that's what I've been told....

That's good news. To be fair there was a fair bit of argy bargy at that point on the track and a few places lost in the last lap of some races. It makes it tight at speed.

Left the Durametric with Craig at the track so hope it finds its way to you Matt. He seems to be loving the new role.
