Nice Pel.. good colour
Is that an import as late rego.
Welcome to the future.. I have not had my pipes pinned yet as I am young, but the car may need them after the track day 28th..
I just got a new bottom lip via Jake, very cost effective, but until you fix the driveway, live with the gnarled one..
I also fine tuned the left rear wheel a while back on a Kaukapakapa back road..one bit of kerbing on a country road... they have got a wide ***.
I see the spoiler is pinned up, or did you pop it for the pics.

Ive taken on another Porsche, 01 996TT, NZ New done 65kms, im the third owner. Spoke at length with the seller who has a couple of other Porsche's, has full dealer history which made me comfortable enough to buy sight unseen. Overall im pretty happy with what came through. Ive read someone on here about coolant pipes needing doing? Any advice from from owners or previous owners would be appreciated, cheers
edit: It's a tip, now I can't get the wife out of it.

Not sure if it's good or bad that your wife loves it too. Mine can seldom be convinced to ride passenger for any length of time (less than once a year), never mind drive it, so at least I'd know any scrapes are my own.
John, is that a tip button from the steering wheel you have? Left or right or are they identical? I have a spare wheel that's missing one - put me down for it maybe if Pel doesn't take it.

Nice car Pel - looks sharp in white. Yours has about the same distance on it as mine did when I got it, so yes, get it pinned then rack up some fast ks with confidence, since seeing your car on a tow truck gets old quickly. The passenger footwell was heating to a 1000 degrees so i replaced the heat ducting this evening. I didn't use the outrageously expensive Porsche part but rather ducting used in the marine industry. Its called Trident Polyduct 481 and can be stood on and retains it shape, is heat/flame resistant and best of all easy(ish) to fit. $27 per meter. I used a little less than half so have some spare
Don't mind the raggady edges it was a much cleaner install

Hey guys, needing some help deciding on track wheels for the Cayman R. Don't get too excited though as these are my only options... Car is black.
Attachment 916436
Also I can obviously get them repainted at some point so wheel style is more important than colour.
I'll be getting Pirelli tropheo r's on them.
Let me know your opinions.
