That's a spot on memory. It was repainted down the road from my place in Petone and ended up back at Armstrongs.

I'm bringing my 993 up to Manfield tomorrow so will be good to meet a few of you guys.

2 accidents so far. Phil Jones in his 944 race car. Now on its way to Auckland to get repaired. Also Tony Maddock did some serious damage to his 993. Looks like a write off. Wet track days and Porsches don't mix.

That Black 997 X51 looks to be a very good buy. If I didn't have a car I'd be winging to see that one.

You're making me nervous John lol. Just come up from the garage after bleeding all the brakes and giving the car a general check over to read this. Might stay home and polish it instead

In saying that it was an absolute stunning day down here on the coast.

Which was Tony's 993?

Had a blast today, despite the weather. It was great to get a (virtually) dry session just before leaving, it left me with a big smile on the drive back to Hamilton. These track days are mental health days for me now!

I hope you all have a good day at Manfeild tomorrow. Please no more accidents.

Metallic Blue Tiptronic.

The lesson is clear - respect wet tracks. There is so little warning when the car goes and it does not stop easily when sliding.

All finished. The weather held out until the last couple of sessions and even then the drizzle was light. BB needed some bars leaks to stem a small leak in the radiator and will hopefully make it back ok. All in all a good day. Met some more Rennlisters and prospective RSG members.
