This is the first photo I took after installing the isudar board for the first time.

Could be the ribbons that connect to the vertical front panel...maybe got pulled.during install.
Did you remove the Front panel as part of your process ? I try not so.......
Check/re do those. Pretty sure you only have a ribbon connection problem here...... also, make sure the Quad lock is in correctly...all the way.

I did not remove the front panel, so I will try and do that now and check those ribbons. I did check the quad lock a number of times to make sure it was seated correctly. It was working great for a hour or so, freeway miles so nothing bumpy, just all of a sudden went blank screen.

Yeah, I believe all your connections are correct......maybe one of the display cables " is on the edge" also, check the ribbon fingers....if they bust......no good.

At this point I am just hoping to get my PCM back, I have un-installed the Isudar board and components. The ribbon looks correctly seated in the front and main panel. Not sure what else to check.

could be the angle.........but that last ribbon shot, look angled......

okay...as long as it is perfectly parallel to connector edge, and seated.

Reinstalled my PCM without the ISUDAR board and components.

Starting my car lights up the PCM buttons but the screen stays blank or black.

I think you have Cayenne…….are you getting PCM data in your cluster, like radio information, NAV etc ?
If so, it’s working……..just somehow you lost the display.

No information in my display. I have a 2011 Panamera.

I guess it has power as you mentioned the dial lights are on….fuse should be ok.
and you are 100% the quad lock is all the way in.

This is a video I took of the lights on the PCM going on when I start the car. The PCM seems to reboot when i hold the INFO key for 30 seconds or so.

Quad lock is all the way in. I don't think I would get the lights if not.
