Good day all, I am sure this is asked and answered more than few times, what is the most reliable internet source to purchase up to date turn key PIWIS system these days? Thanks?

hundreds of people submit basic versions of piwis, which they receive via an update from an SD card.
40.900
41.100
41.300
41.400
41.500
41.600
but this basic version 41.600 comes out simultaneously with online updates to version 41.600.10 , which you will not get in any way
update 41.600.010 - a set of data, firmware, and encodings with a volume of 20 gb
it covers all models from 2010 and newer
this applies to any basic version , and even 38.400
the basic versions with SD are intended for only one purpose, if you have a dealer Piwis, and you have corrupted the software, then it has a recovery function, you run recovery from the Bios, and restore the software from the recovery disk to version 33.000
But after the update, the dealer laptop will not be able to download updates and connect to the Porsche server, it is for these purposes that you update the software version 33 to the LATEST CURRENT version, for example 41.600, and after that you connect to the Porsche server using your dealer account and install the necessary bases for full operation, getting version 41.600.010 or newer
that's why, for example, you can never successfully run a campaign for Taycan or Cayenne, 992 or Panamera 971 using any basic version, but you can easily do a lot with an older version that has a full base, for example with version 41.375
the same applies to manual encodings, you can easily and quickly activate the engineering mode, and include a list of manual encodings, but most of these encodings will not function, regardless of what you decide to change, it's not enough to open the menu, you need to have a database inside
there are many more interesting things, for example, engineering firmware, engineering software (Pidt. Pudis. Idex), but all these things are expensive, any Porsche dealer dreams of getting it, and pays for these opportunities to the same hackers
I think I explained the difference clearly
Do you know if the 41.500 & 38.250 can do the headlight coding / programming because I have the 41.6 and it doesn't do it, something is not loading check the picture below ?
cheers
Update to 41.800 as this contains all the delta updates from previous releases.
The only (possible) issue is the the VAS6154 clone does not have a DoIP (Diagnostics over IP) channel so no compatibility there. Other than that Campaign etc. should work. Definitely interested in anyone who's done a TSB etc. Campaign update.
I PM'd Siberian about this issue... but was hoping someone else may have some input on swapping 18 way seats to LWBs and coding them out.
Yesterday, I swapped my 18ways with LWBs (that do not have occupancy sensor. They came with racing harness installed, which is my understanding, you have to remove that sensor under the seat on the passenger side).
Now,I understand the whole occupancy sensor and coding out all those Thorax air bags... but even after I've done all that (i followed a post by another member that did it without issues, INFO AT THE END), air bag light is still on.
It won't let me clear the codes, which are all about thorax air bags and seat belt positioning sensor etc.
I know some have said "i just moved the occupancy sensor from 18 ways and all was well"... but that's not what I'm trying to accomplish, and frankly i don't think it'll work because the codes are about other thigns too... I'll post a picture shortly.
What's bugging me is why won't it let me clear the air bag codes that it has stored under fault? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
PS: here are the things i changed... i only changed the one that needed to be off (aus) as others were already on.
To actually code specific airbags (and thus keep the light working if there's a fault with the remaining airbags: Coding Value: Kodierbyte 1 - Zundkreiskodierung 1 Knieairbag Fahrerseite - DKBAG --> ein Coding Value: Kodierbyte 1 - Zundkreiskodierung 1 Knieairbag Fahrerseite - DPKBAG --> ein Coding Value: Kodierbyte 2 - Zundkreiskodierung 2 Thoraxairbag Fahrerseite - DSBAG --> aus Coding Value: Kodierbyte 2 - Zundkreiskodierung 2 Thoraxairbag Fahrerseite - PSBAG --> aus Coding Value: Kodierbyte 3 - Zundkreiskodierung 3 Gurtkraftbegrenzer Fahrer - DBFL --> ein Coding Value: Kodierbyte 3 - Zundkreiskodierung 3 Gurtkraftbegrenzer Beifahrer - DBFL --> ein Coding Value: Kodierbyte 7 - Deaktivierung und Insassenerkennung PODS Insassenerkennung --> aus Coding Value: Kodierbyte 8 - Gurtschlosser/Sitzpositionssensoren Gurtschloss Fahrer --> aus Coding Value: Kodierbyte 8 - Gurtschlosser/Sitzpositionssensoren Gurtschloss Beifahrer --> aus Coding Value: Kodierbyte 8 - Gurtschlosser/Sitzpositionssensoren Sitzpositionssensor Fahrer --> aus Coding Value: Kodierbyte 8 - Gurtschlosser/Sitzpositionssensoren Sitzpositionssensor Beifahrer --> aus Coding Value: Gurtwarnung Gurtwarnung Fahrer --> aus Coding Value: CAN-Konfiguration PCM/CDR-Uberwachung Deaktivert --> ja
Then save your changes, turn off the car - and turn it on again and your airbag warning light should be gone!
I didn't see your post just the PM you sent me, so I'll post my reply here. Not much but hope it helps
I don't know as I've never come across this issue personally. But some obvious questions:
1) Not relevant question
2) Are you in E Mode?
3) How are you clearing the DTC (airbag light on)?
Since all the variables you mention may be in different "blocks", make sure you select ALL in the top menu (OVERVIEW), then go to FAULTS, check all your DTCs and DELETE. See if that works.
