It looks much better than I expected and definitely a step in the right direction. Kudos to Chevy for pushing forward with the mid-engine concept in the pursuit of the best possible performance. It does look NSX like, but is the kind of track car that you can have a lot of fun with and not worry too much if something goes wrong given the price point. Looks like it will be a tremendous performance car value with a high fun factor.

It looks outdated to me... Nothing new to offer. The back is way over designed.

What's up with that row of buttons?

My guess is that the Z51 option is still less than PCCBs.

I like it a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing the first reviews, and I'm guessing the ZR1 option in a few years is going to be absolutely bonkers. Betting that frunk goes away in favor of a hybrid system.

Edit: I'm unsure why people are negative on it. This is only a good thing for Porsche.

I believe the sub 3.0 second time is not the base model but an upgraded package likely with a supercharger.

No supercharger, just the Z51 package with some basic enhancements (better tires, exhaust). Still 495 HP.

I have to say I am disappointed with the weight, . With the Price tag seriously considering one just for giggles and stripping her out. Reliability will be an issue but still at that price not sure you can lose. The mega ZR1 series if made could be crazy. Would love to see what the aftermarket comes up with as far as track suspension and cooling. First time I've ever been interested in a corvette

Looks like 488 & NSX had a baby. I love it.

It is amazing to see America come out with something new and exciting (with great interior and build quality).

I think 495hp and an 8spd dual clutch trans will do it.

I have read that there is a small displacement dual overhead cam V8 with twin turbos in the future.

was never into vette styling much but this one looks good, more modern lines. performance is a huge bang for buck as well. time to trade in my 911, just kidding!
