Contact Numeric directly. They're not too far from you. I'm sure they would be able to hook you up with someone locally.

Fantastic upgrade, just put the SSK and cables in my 996. Can’t recommend it any more highly.

I placed an order through Numeric Racing for a 997 short shifter and cable bundle on 1/4/22. I received an email conformation that day saying that they were getting my order ready to ship.. I haven't heard from them since. After a couple weeks I emailed them just to see what ETA would be. I have now emailed them and called them multiple times with no response back.
Does anyone know what their situation is? I'm a patient guy and fine waiting but would appreciate some kind of contact back from them.

I went direct to their website and got a very quick response. Contacting them here is not recommended.

Sorry for the delayed response. Something is going on with our phones. Some people have no issues getting through and others can't, very strange. We are trying to get that sorted out. We are just waiting on our shift levers to get to us (they are on the way) and we will have your order shipped out! Should be this week

did you get your shifter kit? I ordered mine around the same time as you and I haven’t been able to get a hold of Davis. Sent a couple emails and also have heard nothing.

After I made the post here on the forum I finally heard from them, he said that they were waiting on a part for the shifter assembly. I received an email early this week that they had shipped out the bundle. Hopefully I will get it in the next day or two. I didn't have any luck at all emailing or calling them directly. I would hope that they would improve on their communication with customers after the order is placed.

I sent Dan a text to see what's going on. They're getting bit by the Covid supply chain bug. Very difficult situation for everyone.
