Update on my side - I got an email yesterday confirming shipping and then I got an email today with a hefty tax and duty bill but all is good. I can't wait to install!

Placed an order on the 28th for a 987 package. Haven't gotten anything than the confirmation email. Haven't tried contacting them after reading the results others in here have gotten. I know it's quality products but disappointing to see such poor communication with customers who have paid for orders sitting in limbo.

I understand supply issues. I was just saying a little communication after the order was placed would be nice. Just a simple note on the order confirmation would suffice. If something is going to take a few weeks it would just be nice to be told that up front. I got the order confirmation and the payment processed, in most circumstances one would receive shipping notification within a day or two, or get some notice that the order is delayed. It would probably save you a lot of people contacting you to find out about their order. I didn't try contacting you after finding this and seeing people saying they tried and didn't receive a response. I'm not in a huge rush for it so I didn't try to contact you. Just offering you some constructive criticism. Looking through this thread there have been several people who were unsure what the status of their order was. Just saying sending a confirmation that says, "hey got your order, just so you know it will be a few weeks before it ships" would probably be appreciated by most of your customers. If it's going to be 2 months so be it, just as long as I know that up front. Instead of day by day going by not hearing anything, left wondering what's going on. So if you could just give me a rough time frame of when I might expect to receive shipping notification I would be more than satisfied. Thanks.

Always amazed, not just here but everywhere, how much trouble goods and service providers have with basic expectation setting. If the feedback isn’t perfect, fine, just tell me what to expect. Silence isn’t the answer.

still waiting. sent two emails for follow-up but didn't hear back. when i originally ordered, i called and the estimate was 2 wks. i tried calling today but it went straight to voicemail.

I'll give an update on my order. After not hearing anything for over 3 weeks, I emailed them. I did get a response within a day and they apologized for the lack of communication. At that time they said it was going to be a couple more weeks. A little over 3 weeks later I got a tracking number. It was 3 business days later that the package was finally picked up. It is out for delivery today. So it will have been almost 2 months from order placed until delivery. This was for a 987 package.

Ordered a shifter (no cables, just the shifter) for my 997.2 on Monday prior to seeing this thread. Looking for even a rough estimate, I just called Numeric now and was told all of the shifters are built, they are just waiting on a specific bolt to come in. They expect them to arrive soon, so the shifters should ship out next week if all goes to plan. Fingers crossed.
Not sure if those who ordered the whole kit, shifter + cables, may be on a different time table.

Dan and the team have finally gotten hit with the supplier chain issues. Rest assured, they are trying everything they can to get these done.
I spent some time talking with the team in Carlisle last year. He's very passionate about his business and I'm 100% sure these delays are killing him.

I ordered cables this month and was worried if they would arrive promptly based on this thread. After I sent an email (that received no response) I got my cables about 4 days later.
