Yes it would, and deeper bolsters than the Sparco.
For those with yellow stitching, may be able to custom order the black/yellow RUF edition.

This is an alternative mounting system to replace the seats.

Had the transmission recall done, gear selection noticeably more tactile.
Was going to just get the shorter gears, but they called and I got the impression they needed the work.

Disconnected the battery, removed the passenger seat, and added the FVD AB resistor.
Their plastic connector was too tight to insert the female pins, so removed the resistor, then wrapped the exposed metal with electrical tape after taking pictures.
It came with new pins, but I didn't want to solder.
Passenger wires are white/brown and red/violet, driver side is brown/violet and green/yellow.
Still got the AB warning light, and checking with the Durametric only showed faults related to the seat belt latch and pressure pad, so the seat may need to be coded out with PIWIS because the warning appears to not just be for the AB.
Also removed the amplifier from under the carpet.

Dood,
looks like dealing with airbag light is more tricky than just using a resistor. here is a thread on GT3 forum where a Rennlister used some kit from Pacific German to deal with the light whilst keeping all the other airbags active.
Not cheap, the looms and new pax sensor seem to cost c USD1400.
But this was the only answer I could find !

Thanks Snowy, I was thinking about removing those components from the 18 way and plugging them in, hidden in the space vacated by the amplifier.
The wiring diagram shows one for software disable of the passenger thorax AB, but nothing for the pressure pad and latch, so like others have stated I'd agree the passenger seat can't be completely coded out.
It doesn't look like disabling the AB in software, or adding a resistor, has any negative effect on the other ABs however.

Running race headers without catalysts causes soot deposits at the rear, impossible to wash off with conventional cleaners, even when ceramic coated.
Spray on simple green and watch the brown residue slide off, no scrubbing needed.
